Bed was poor. Partial seaview room you needed to hang out over the balcony to see it Bathroom drains smelt badly a few nights. Bathroom accessories non existent. Safe charge high at €6 per day this was not explained at booking. Location excellent and hotel quiet. Overall a nice hotel. Just a pity about the above issues.

The hotel was very clean and rooms were lovely. Breakfast was excellent also. The partial sea view really is ‘partial’ which was a little disappointing but otherwise the hotel is excellent.

Staff all amazingly helpful and friendly. Spa was a bit compact but ok and clean. Pool fine, although staff at the pool bar seemed a bit rushed off their feet and there was a couple of occasions where quite a queue built up. However, staff still friendly and happy.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and well kept. Apartment building slightly different age to main hotel but once in the apartment, the room standard was high again. Beds and linens very comfortable. Nice area for younger kids to chill in out of the sun and play games etc. Pool was gorgeous. And no saving sun loungers! Breakfast excellent with a great choice. WiFi not great outside the main building/lobby/lounge areas, that is my only little negative. But it was a good excuse to switch off more and not even look at phones.

Very clean and spacious room. We had beach view which was lovely. Great choice at breakfast. The one and only issue was the car park at €16 a day. Will definitely be back.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, perfect location, hotel clean and staff friendly. The only criticism was that pool was heavily chlorinated, so much so it was cloudy, and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool Both myself and daughter have sensitive skin, so we decided not to risk swimming in it. The buffet food was cooked well, however not kept warm. Every meal we had wasn't very warm at all. The variety was good, themed nights were excellent. We thought it strange that we didn't have to pay for drinks at breakfast, but evening meal drinks are chargeable. We weren't made aware of this when we arrived. The drinks are very reasonably priced though, so it wasn't much of an issue. The WiFi was terrible. So much so, I've run out of data, which never happens back home. The walls are paper thin, so we had to use ear plugs to sleep. We loved the water coolers dotted around the hotel. The hotel is very eco friendly. Again, we enjoyed our stay, the downsides didn't detract from the holiday too much. We went to the beach instead of the pool, granted we had to pay for sun beds but you get a reduced price staying in the hotel. The food at the Bluumar beach bar was fantastic. We also had to pay for the safety deposit box in the room, which I've never had to do before. €6 per night.

The hotel itself was ideally located and impecably maintained by staff. I do however have 3 complaints. According to my booking a complimentary bottle of wine was to be provided upon check in. The bottle was eventully brought to the room on day 3 of 4, after i mentioned it. The bottle had a cork, no corkscrew provided. ew complaints the biggest of which was that when I asked to speak with the manager regarding my concern that in the expedia property listing it states that umbrella and chairs under beach ammenities only to find out that they cost $20 euros a day to rent. Why would these not be listed as extra fee items versus ammen. Inoncern I was told by several staff that they would be in later in the day only to find out on my 4th visit that they were not scheduled to work that day and would not be in....why not tell me that in the first place. I did leave my name and number and was never contacted.

We absolutely loved this hotel it was so clean! We had a room way larger than expected overlooking the beach it was perfect we couldn't have asked for more . The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience. The staff are all amazing and friendly aswel
