Check-in: took nearly an hour. Apparently their system doesn’t register Expedia bookings…?
Room: way too warm. I know early Spring is still a bit chilly, but there is no reason the room should be 80 degrees at night. The AC didn’t work; I was informed that they turn off the entire AC to the building in the wintertime, but this was in late March.
Key: my keycard only worked once before needing to be reset by the front desk. This meant that I could not re-enter my room without going down to the front desk - every single time - to get it reset. Extremely inconvenient.
Breakfast: it was solid, there were a number of typical options available. No issues here.
Staff: they tried to help as much as they could, but I felt that their hands were tied with some issues like the AC, the keycard not working, slow check-in process, etc.
