“Good Breakfast and good sized rooms ”

“Breakfast was outstanding. The hotel rooms had nice updated bathrooms, but to general this felt more like a motel 6 than a unique boutique hotel.”

“We booked for one night, and were looking forward to using the spa facilities. When we arrived, we were told that they were shut for refurbishment. Apparently, this work has been going on for some time. I was told an email had been sent out. I did not receive any email. The hotel has a duty to let people know such things, so they have a choice of changing their plans. I noticed a lot of unhappy people that weekend. They are not afraid to charge top prices, and yet offer very little in return.”
