“Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and Dubraska did her best to help us. The issue was about the rooms. We were first assigned a room where the fridge didn’t work. A technician was supposed to fix it but it never happened. Then, we were offered to use the fridge in another room, which was very uncomfortable. Then we were offered another room to change. “The place was not clean at all! The leaving room didn’t have A/C and it was sold as that 2 people could sleep there! The bathroom smell dirty, the walls were dirty ! Not happy at all”

“Clean rooms, balcony views from living and bedroom. Kitchen was clean and great for our needs. We were conservative with our water use as the building uses a tank reserve. Staff was very responsive when we had an issue with our incoming flight. Needs a bit of an update bursting had a great time and fun times with neighbors!”
