Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto tinha um excelente tamanho, e o banheiro também era muito bom. A unidade em que ficamos possuía sacada, o que seria um grande diferencial, porém há um ponto que merece atenção: a divisória entre as sacadas dos quartos vizinhos é apenas uma meia parede, aproximadamente na altura da cintura. Isso permite que os hóspedes do quarto ao lado consigam enxergar o interior do nosso quarto, comprometendo bastante a privacidade. Por esse motivo, tivemos que manter a cortina fechada durante praticamente toda a estadia, impossibilitando aproveitar a iluminação natural e deixar a janela aberta. Uma divisória mais alta resolveria esse problema e proporcionaria muito mais conforto e privacidade aos hóspedes. Outro ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o sistema do restaurante. O cardápio é montado por itens separados (carne, arroz, batata, nhoque, molho etc.), em vez de refeições completas, o que achei pouco prático. Em compensação, a comida era saborosa e bem preparada. O café da manhã também poderia oferecer uma variedade um pouco maior de opções. Ainda assim, os produtos disponíveis eram de boa qualidade e atenderam bem. No geral, tive uma boa experiência. Os pontos positivos superam os negativos, e recomendo o hotel. Com alguns ajustes, especialmente na questão da privacidade das sacadas e na estrutura do restaurante, a experiência seria ainda melhor.

O atendimento prestado pela equipe de funcionários é excelente, ficamos em um apto no 3° andar a limpeza estava muito boa, porém o piso do quarto necessita de manutenção. O café da manhã é excelente assim como o atendimento da equipe do restaurante. Check in e checkout ágil. Além da possíbilidade de diversão no cassino, no em que estivemos lá, tinha música ao vivo no bar do cassino. Assim que possível voltaremos!

Minha acomodação estava com o ar condicionado fazendo um barulho a noite toda que não deixou dormir. As 7:30 ligou uma cirene muito alta não conseguimos dormir após isso.
