O hotel tem tudo pra ser ótimo.. localização fantástica, prédio ótimo, funcionários cordiais, mas precisa melhorar muito com relação aos pequenos detalhes, limpeza (ar condicionado, cantos de paredes, objetos, escadas externas - observação maior ao porta escova de dentes do banheiro , deveriam excluir este item nd higiênico do quarto) e troca de alguns itens ( lixeiras, travesseiros , roupa de cama e banho, eliminar móveis com avarias - melhoraria a aparência do quarto, tv torta na parede com antena tipo improvisada e o sinal falho) , café da manhã mais parece um buffet de sobremesas não dando atenção as condições alimentares de cada hospede mesmo com observação no ato da reserva.

Hospedagem no geral boa. Teve um bom café da manhã, ótima localização, bom atendimento, porém acho que deveria ter um melhor detalhamento sobre o local dos quartos. Na reserva não havia informação de que o quarto com vista para o jardim era no subsolo. No quarto dava pra sentir o cheiro de local fechado, com falta de ventilação e o piso era empoeirado.

Nessa ocasião, priorizamos a localização, que é excelente para quem quer vivenciar o centro histórico e Pelourinho. O hotel em si é bem básico, oferece um bom banho e uma noite de sono confortável.

Hotel cómodo y muy bien ubicado

Fuimos una semana en pareja y pasamos una buena estadía. El lugar está bien ubicado, cerca del Pelourinho pero lejos de la parte más ruidosa, en un lugar seguro para caminar e ir y volver ahí a pie (hay una bajada y una subida por una pequeña loma). Al lado hay un supermercado y varios bares y restaurantes. El hotel tiene todas las comodidades: la cama es amplia y cómoda, el desayuno es muy bueno, el wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionan perfecto. Nos pareció una opción excelente.

Stay away!

Extremely rude and incompetent staff who sexually harassed and insulted female guests. Room was not cleaned once in four days and the night guard tried to contact female guests with unsolicited and sexually abusive text messages during the night. The hotel reacted with indifference and ignorance to complaints about this.

Maravilhoso

Atendimento maravilhoso, ótima localização, quarto novinho, tudo limpo e arrumado! Nos colocaram em um quarto de qualidade superior por estar vago sem nos cobrar nada por isso. Dá pra passear pelo centro histórico de Salvador a pé! Recomendo demais!

Zimmer sind schlicht aber sehr schön. Zimmer zur Straße abends relativ laut, da immer auf der Straße gefeiert wird.

Ótimo hotel no centro histórico

Hotel novo, ótimo atendimento, quartos confortáveis, limpos e ótima localização. Reservamos um transfer do aeroporto, e o motorista estava nos esperando na área de desembarque, conforme combinado. No dia seguinte fomos a pé até a Baía de Todos-os-Santos, para pegar o transporte até Morro de São Paulo. Andando tranquilamente, chegamos em 15 minutos, passando pelo Pelourinho, Praça da Sé e Elevador Lacerda.
