I love the staff at the hotel, the manager was engaged with patrons and his staff worked hard at ensuring needs were met. I would stay there and recommend. I think the in house breakfast could do with some innovation, especially for vegetarians and others with food sensitivities. Additionally, more staff should at least be able to speak english to non portuguese speakers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.
