Staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. We did not feel safe at all outside of the Pousada at any point. During the day, street vendors will harass you. During the night, shady cars with full blacked out windows will cruise through the street slowly. Lots of homeless people will approach you. Staff at restaurants do not seem welcoming to tourists.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was clean, small and very basic. As seniors, we were disappointed to be up 5 floors, with no elevator or baggage assistance. The location is very walkable and the staff gave us very good recommendations.

Hotel staff the lady that manages hotel was nice at first and then when we asked questions had a very bad attitude. I am sorry, if you do not want to talk to customers this is not the job for you. Just because of this I will NOT recommend this hotel. Customer service is everything and I will not stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were with four people and booked two rooms. Both equally nice: spacious and nicely decorated. It was clean and there is a comfortable, big bed. We thought it would be noisy at night but not at all! Good location too, you can walk anywhere in Pelourinho. Breakfast was superb too, a lot of different products to chose from. My aunt felt sick and we could just order tea for her at night (free of charge). Only weird thing is, is that the water pressure from the faucets in the bath room is super high. Makes it oncomfortable to wash your hands because everything gets wet. If this would be fixed then there is nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay here again if I come back in the future!

Quarto tamanho ideal tudo que precisa, colchão confortável, frigobar, tv,chuveiro uma delicia quentinho a pousada fica perto de vários pontos turísticos que queríamos conhecer, tem até uma lavanderia pertinho que achamos ba mesma rua. Atenção da Sandra e da Abigail foi nota 1000 elas nos ajudou muito agradecemos muito as duas, foi uma pouco tempo mas quando a gente voltar em salvador será nessa mesma pousada. O café muito bom também tufo perfeito.

Gostamos muito da pousda!! A localização é excelente, quarto extremamente confortável e silencioso. O café da manhã é bem simples mas nos atendeu bem. Há uma pizzaria excelente em frente à pousada e hóspedes têm desconto, foi uma grata surpresa porque a pizza é deliciosa e o preço justo. Único ponto de atenção é que há alguns lances de escada pra subir então fica complicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
