"Staff was great - very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Location is excellent: about 3 minutes from the train station. Walking distance to some superb restaurants. Easy to take a bus into the center of the old town. Everything functioned properly. The shower floor was super slippery - had to put the bath mat for the floor in the shower so that we didn’t slip and fall."

"Clean comfortable room, slightly older property. Cristina was really nice to check us in early after our overnight train journey from Poland. The property should have breakfast included since the room prices are pretty high for a 4 star. Further the hotel should provide basic stuff like shampoo, Conditioner, body lotion and shower caps daily. None were provided"

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family stay in Salzburg. The only small downside was a bit of noise from the street, especially at certain hours, but overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again"
