Great stay for those traveling alone or with friends! Very clean, easy to get to, great / safe location. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Will be back!
Lovely property with clean, well-designed rooms. The breakfast and garden area were excellent. The only downside was some road noise for rooms facing the busy street. Otherwise, a modern, thoughtfully designed, and well-equipped boutique hotel.
The hotel is located on a busy street, but my room was on ground floor in an inner courtyard, so it was very quiet. The self-service, no-reception concept worked well, and I had no issues with either check-in or check-out.
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station, which I found reasonably convenient.
The only thing I did not particularly like was the shampoo/shower gel provided. Perhaps because it was organic or made with natural ingredients, I found it quite difficult to use. If having reasonable shampoo is important to you, you may want to bring your own.
Nicely maintained property, lovely room.
Bed was comfortable but pillow is big and hard not possible to sleep with. We only stayed 1 night as were just passing but the noise from the doors people coming in at midnight and after kept waking us up. Dane started after 7am, dreadful noise pollution from constant communal door use.
We really liked this hotel. The directions for parking and entrance were all easy and timely. You could easily walk from hotel to old town Salzburg or take a bus. The parking was close by and fairly cheap. We loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We left our luggage safely in the luggage room as we arrived early in the day. Very convenient. We felt safe and comfortable.
Room was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Despite not having a front desk and being connected to a cafe, the communication, check in, check out and luggage storage was great. 15 mins walk to train station, 20ish to town centre.
The hotel location is not that convenient and only limited choice of restaurants nearby. I stayed on 1/F facing the street, it was quite noisy at night even all the windows and curtains are closed. The room condition is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good.
We stayed on the 4th floor. When we closed the window it was SILENT! Shades and dark curtains kept ALL the light out. Wonderful nights sleep! 20 minute walk to the main train station. Very easy. The staff was super friendly and spoke beautiful English. We really enjoyed our stay!
We loved staying in this hotel. It was just close enough to the city centre. The quality of the breakfast was excellent!!! Unfortunately, we left an electrical item in the room. As soon as we realised we contacted the hotel and arranged for the item to be sent to our home address. They were so helpful and understanding and because of this I would most certainly return to this hotel again
A little far to city center. There is no front desk . First night we had a question and we sent email regarding our room it took more than 24 hours we got responses. Breakfast was excellent. Generally our stay was ok
No hooks in the shower to hang a towel or clothes. It would be nice if you provide an iron for ironing clothes. We needed to talk to someone urgent but the customer service does not pick up the call. Every time it took us six to seven calls to reach them.
Otherwise it was good and couple of kilometers from the major tourist attractions.
