One of the biggest gripes we had, was there was not any hot water for showers or doing dishes. All they provided was sheets and no blankets. The manager was not where to be found. Besides those small few things, we found the hotel to be sufficient.

Muy decepcionados del Hotel. Nos sentimos engañado

Nunca vimos al propietario. Nos habló siempre por telefono y dejó la llave puesta en la habitación, cuya cerradura estaba en mal estado por lo que costaba mucho abrirla y cerrarla. La cerradura del baño estaba mala por lo que la puerta no cerraba. En el sitio se mostraba habitaciones con vistas diferentes y habitaciones también diferentes a las que pagamos. Muy caro para la calidad del servicio. Por ese precio se consiguen hoteles de mejor calidad y comodidad y mas cerca de la playa. No nos gustó y lo encontramos muy caro para lo que recibimos.

Il n’y avait pas de bureau d’accueil à l’hôtel, nous avons appelé et les personnes nous ont dit qu’il n’y avait pas de réservation pour nous mais ce monsieur nous a proposé une chambre sans climatisation ! Ce n’était pas ce que votre site proposait !

we found the rooms dirty and lacked basic wash cloths and towels

The location is good but the pictures on home away give you the impression of a nice condo - BEWARE- if you book a standard room you will get put in a 2-3 star motel room that is not clean( by our) standards - no manager to talk to and wasnt here on checkin-We called home away reservations to complain and they where no help- (probably wont use them again)NO AC in Costa Rica? Very disappointed wspecially for the price

Es una estafa.

Mal. Sólo nos quedamos una noche. Ya que hicimos viaje desde San José. El lugar está en remodelación, con trabajadores haciendo ruido desde temprano, la piscina está sucia, para entrar o salir del hotel de noche hay que salir con foco o en el carro, porque la entrada principal está con gradas incompletas y materiales de construcción y por la parte de atrás hay un tramo bastante sólo y sin luz. Considero que lo que ofrecen es pura publicidad engañosa porque ni las camas son confortables. Que desperdició de tiempo y de dinero. Y el personal multilingüe y el servicio a la habitación quien sabe donde lo soñaron porque tuvimos que esperar un buen rato para encontrar al encargado y no tenía lista la habitación.

Stay away from the Mirador

I'm a planner so I booked this over a year ago...never again. Even though hotels.com notified me about my upcoming plans the hotel did not prepare for our arrival. One of the sinks was full of ants. There were no towels. The floors were dirty. They said they would clean up the apartment and for us to come back in a couple of hours, but when we came back we had to ask for bug spray and a broom to sweep the deck. There were dead bugs in the shower still and a live little gecko running around in the bathroom. I also had to wash all the kitchen utensils and pans we used because there were ants and spiders in the cabinets. They did not check on us once during our three day stay. The only reason why we stayed was because we already paid. They were under construction which started at 6am and ended at 6pm. Every time we walked up to the hotel the workers gawked and we never felt comfortable with our bathing suits on...so we made sure to always had our coverups on. Hotels.com needs to take this hotel off their list. The worst hotel I ever stayed at my entire life of traveling throughout Asia, Europe, Central America and South America in my 53 years!!!!!! One redeeming quality was the gorgeous view...but we couldn't eat outside because of the cats who went on the table to eat our food off our dishes and wouldn't go away. I love animals and have dogs and cats, but they're well fed and don't have to beg for food. I think the cats weren't fed well so they would catch mice.

This is more a hostel than hotel. There was no staff just a single guy. The extra linens we asked for the futon were stained. No AC and the ceiling fans created and made noise. Zero amenities.

Looks nice from far away. Totally run down .Should be gutted and cleaned and updated. Very dirty floors, discusting bathroom with no soap.Filthy fridge and coffee maker. The 2 cups needed washing up too Just the bare minimum to stay for one night and get out as fast as possible. . A shame that owners are just trying to make money and expedia offers places like that. Could be beautiful with a little effort and the view is already there

Ett riktigt sunkigt hotell som behöver totalrenoveras. Poolen riktigt trist, bilderna säger inte sanningen. Mycket djur o insekter på rummet. Ofräscht kök, gammalt och gasol. Ingen A/C eller restaurang.

Do not book

We booked this hotel at 11pm because there was a hurricane and we could not reach our original location. Drive to this hotel. It looks nothing like the picture! On top of that we knocked and called and when the man finally answered he yelled at us and said. Check in is over at 6! Do not call! We had to drive 20 miles away in the hurricane to find somewhere else to stay! Awful service

El Hotel es comodo

Bien solo que cuando llegamos no habían revisado las reservaciones. La recepción está abandonada y descuidada. Es importante que tiene acceso en vehículo hasta las habitaciones comodo para adultos mayores y aceptan mascotas

Ungepflegt und ungastlich

Die Bilder täuschen, ganz ehrlich nicht zu empfehlen. Gastgeber unhöflich,nicht freundlich. Hotelanlage ungepflegt, rutschige Treppenstufen unterschiedlicher Höhe! Unfallgefahr und schlecht beleuchtet. Das Hotel kann durch seine tolle Lage im Grünen beeindrucken,das reicht aber nicht. Zimmer nicht sauber, kein Service. Aussicht auf das Meer leider eingeschränkt durch hohe Bäume, wenn der Besitzer den Wildwuchs nicht bald bremst, noch weniger Sicht! Sorry aber ich fühlte mich nicht willkommen und die Hotelbeschreibung sollte überarbeitet werden, sie ist nicht korrekt. Hatte auch einige Tage kein Internet.
