Great looking hotel with. Wry friendly staff. Arrived fairly late in the evening and was up and out first thing so didn’t actually get to enjoy any of the facilities but they certainly looked great

Lebua is a mix of upscale and dilapidation Stayed in one of the newly-renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed. View from balcony was spectacular, but no view from within room. Room furnishings were fine, but more IKEA than plush. Butler service was excellent. Upgrade to new suites was worth it just to have the butler. Everything I needed was delivered quickly and above expectations. Elevators were infuriating. Old, dim and musty. Sometimes just changed directions while riding. Three different banks of elevators completely uncoordinated and unpredictable. Hotel has staff on the ground floor just to direct guests into elevators. Lounge was dismal. Entry is dark and unwelcoming, with deep, musty plush carpet. Lounge offerings were austere, with limited views and worn furniture. Hotel location is adequate, having decent eating and shopping nearby. ICON Siam is closed by taxi or tuk tuk and ferry. Overall I wouldn't book again in the future until the hotel is renovated to the standard of the 55th floor.

Our stay at Lebua was pleasant.. On arrival you are met by very cordial and welcoming staff who promptly unload luggage and lead you through the entry to a lounge area where you are met by another staff member who organises your check in while you enjoy your welcome drink.. Once sign in was completed we were escorted to the appropriate lifts that took us to the floor level of our room.. Within a few minutes of entering our room there was a guy at our door delivering our luggage and also showing us how to work the TV and A/C.. The room was clean, quite large as it had a separate lounge area with small dining table, kitchenette with medium sized fridge, large bathroom and roomy bedroom with king sized very comfy bed and pillows overlooking the balcony.. A good spacious comfortable layout.. The breakfast room was well laid out and presented with a good variety of food choices available.. Very nice breakfast !! There are a number of restaurants and bars on the upper level floors of which some have famous credentials.. We did not frequent any of the on site eateries and chose some local restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel which served some good meals and wines at more modest prices.. Overall was an enjoyable stay and must mention the staff for their friendly professional approach in all aspects.. Well Done !!

One of the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Right on the river conveniently located near Iconsiam, Asiatique, and so much more. Staff were friendly, helpful, and committed to creating a luxurious experience.

Excellent but noisy room. Stayed in executive corner suite. Seeing a complimentary set of earplugs on the night stand was concerning, and turned out to be necessary. Street noise was noticeable until 1am every night. Hallways were a bit musty. Room itself was spacious and well-appointed. Amenities were generous, with name-brand products refreshed daily. There is a touchscreen interface to control the room lighting, but it was miswired and I had to sleep with the ceiling lights on the first night. Lounge was spacious with bright views of Bangkok. Food and beverage offerings were good, with reasonable operating hours. Neighborhood feels safe. A few restaurants & shops nearby. Easy access to public transportation. Around the corner is a seedy, adult entertainment complex, but it is easily ignored. Overall a good stay.
