It is a great place to stay and really good if you need a quick transportation to the airport. We arrive early and they give us the room asap. The front desk employees are awesome.

Lebua is a mix of upscale and dilapidation Stayed in one of the newly-renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed. View from balcony was spectacular, but no view from within room. Room furnishings were fine, but more IKEA than plush. Butler service was excellent. Upgrade to new suites was worth it just to have the butler. Everything I needed was delivered quickly and above expectations. Elevators were infuriating. Old, dim and musty. Sometimes just changed directions while riding. Three different banks of elevators completely uncoordinated and unpredictable. Hotel has staff on the ground floor just to direct guests into elevators. Lounge was dismal. Entry is dark and unwelcoming, with deep, musty plush carpet. Lounge offerings were austere, with limited views and worn furniture. Hotel location is adequate, having decent eating and shopping nearby. ICON Siam is closed by taxi or tuk tuk and ferry. Overall I wouldn't book again in the future until the hotel is renovated to the standard of the 55th floor.

Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Staff superb and very helpful. There is very little to do there however, lacks ambience during the day and unless you take the boat out you feel a little stuck there for something to do. The pool has few sun-beds and where it is located everyone is constantly walking past you so not relaxing at all for us. Our balcony also was inaccessible as it was locked. The hotel said river view but only just!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The food is tasteful. The location is on point. I had only one complaint, and I voiced my opinion to management. The hotel's policy is so rigid when it comes to stains that may occur accidentally or as a result of normal wear and tear at any hotel establishment. You are penalized by having to pay for any stains that may occur. I’ve traveled the world staying at many luxury and moderately priced hotels, and I have never incurred bills for this matter. This is only a warning. Please beware. Don’t let this happen to you. I felt slightly victimized after the third occurrence, thinking this was a scam. A hotel of this caliber should be a write-off easily. Thank you, Jessie.
