Not the Best Embassy Suites

Embassy Suites has always been among our favorites; this one was also good but has some problems. They wouldn't allow us to check in at 1 pm unless we paid a $25 fee - tacky. We asked for the normal room cleaning and did not get it. And the elevator stuck, with the alarm buzzing and the door closed for a minute or two - had to jab buttons for a while until the door managed to re-open. And the hallways are not as clean as they should be. So a lot of minor problems, though still a great breakfast and generally good place.

Paid a ton for the weekend, and no security detail at night. Our truck and 3 others got broke into Saturday. Busted window, deactivated theft system, and now our horn doesn't work. They make enough money and should have security

Old, musty smelling. Ice machine broken on my floor. Embassy Suites is normally a very nice place to stay. This one was gross.

Air conditioning was out in some rooms and the Front Desk did not know which ones were affected, so customers had to go to the room and check it out for themselves. They did finally split us up into 2 rooms, but the check in took over an hour.

Estuvimos 4 días, durante los cuales nos indicaron que solo un dia (penúltimo) se haría limpieza, pero nunca fue. Cinco huespedws en una habitacion, obviamente era muy necesario limpiar. Vimos dos cucarachas. Y para obtener mas papel, jabon, shampoo etc tuvimos que ir a pedirlas. Nunca pusieron mas. Y cuando llamamos para reportarlo no contestaban o tardaban mucho. Nunca las llevaron.

Horrible Dirty Experience

After a long day at SeaWorld my family and I didn’t know we were about to get hosed down by a fire hose in the shower. The water physically hurts. The restroom was super tiny and was soaked from ceiling to floor. The mildew inside there was insane, it creeped into the bedroom. Room was dirty towels were smelly curtains dusty and AC was rattling and loud in the vents. Front desk ignored us (phone kept ringing) there was 5 of us (mentioning on the reservation) There was 4 towels and no sheets for the pullout bed which was broken With metal pieces sticking out of the bed They put a restriction on the food at breakfast
