Lo mejor fue la atención en recepción y desayuno. Buen hotel considerando el precio de la estadía. Lo negativo fue la cama vieja y con maderas rotas y el colchón muy gastado e incómodo.

con el Hotel Colonial todo bien, pero con ustedes HOTELES.COM, todo mal, yo contraté el hotel porque era un hotel barato por un precio total de $ 7717,88, estaba dentro de mi alcance económico, pero cuando llego al hotel el importe fue 9.840 $ y además una pieza triple, vuelvo a decir que el precio que ustedes me pasaron me pareció bien pero nunca pensé que tenía que pagar 2123$ de mas, es la ultima vez que opero con ustedes, y como la mejor propaganda es en boca en boca le comentaré a mis grupo de amigos y conocidos la nefasta situación que me tocó vivir, arruinando mi primer día de estadía, CON USTEDES HOTELES.COM NUNCA MAS NUNCA

Muy buena ubicación y limpieza, pero para la prox hay que tener en cuenta un espacio donde se pueda comer, una heladera comunitaria, ya que no tienen frigobar las habitaciones. Queres tomar algo frio y no tenes nada. Los bolsos dejan tenerlo pero no se hacen responsable y te lo hacen dejar en la sala de espera donde circulan todas las personas y no es visto por nadie del Hotel.
