Great pool and location,but in need for renovation

Amazing hot pool which is both in and outside with a great view serounded by trees. It has a great main queen size bed. The other beds/mattresses are very thin and uncomfortable. The apartment was not that clean, the dishes were dirty. The mirror was broken. The shower is not for tall people and the holder was loose. The apartment smelled like there was a gas leak. But the pool and the area made up for everything.

Convenient accommodations for a family of 4

We (a famlily of 4 with grown kids) stayed at Arbolar 6 nights during the last week of December 2016 and were housed in one of Arbolar cabins/houses (#1). The accommodations were spacious, affordable, and met our requirements (we were careful to request that two full baths be included in the house/cabin). We were disappointed by the construction quality (uneven floors on both levels). The site had some nice amenities: a club house with a pool, gym and small game room, and it was located in a wooded area a few blocks removed from the paved road. Unfortunately, no restaurant was on site, which was disappointing given the somewhat remoteness of the location (not accessible unless you drive; I suggest a SUV-type vehicle given the terrain)

Luego de muchos años como viajero, debo decir que lo que más aprecio de cualquier hotel es la preocupación que tienen para con las necesidades de sus huéspedes. Es una característica difícil de encontrar, debido a que en su mayoría, los hoteles atienden a sus clientes como si se tratara de hamburguesas, sin lugar a casos excepcionales. Arbolar es la excepción, una mosca blanca en servicios de hotelería. Explico: Soy una persona de una altura considerable, bastante por encima de lo común. Ni bien hicimos el check-in, la dueña me expresó su preocupación porque la ducha de mi habitación era bastante baja, y me propuso cambiarme a otra habitación, más pequeña, pero más cómoda para ducharme. Pasé una noche ahí, y a la mañana siguiente me dijo que igualmente seguía preocupada por mi situación, por lo que me ofreció cambirme a una de las casas, mucho más grandes, cómodas, y presumo mucho más caras también, sin cobrarme un adicional. Realmente tuvimos una visita de ensueño, nos sentimos cómodos, muy bien atendidos (de forma discreta, no intrusiva), en un lugar realmente paradisíaco. Creo que no voy a cansarme de recomendar el lugar. Una crítica constructiva: el desayuno que ofrecen no está a la altura del lugar. Mejor hacérselo uno mismo o aprovechar las muchas opciones en el centro del pueblo.

Cabanas ótimas, dois andares com toda a infra necessária, cozinha equipada, ótima calefação, água quente, lareira, realmente muito agradável.... não fica a beira da estrada, um pouco retirada porem zero de barulho, ótimo pra descansar e passar um ótimo momento em família.
