"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "Interesting concept for an apart hotel - nice building with great facilities. Rooms were also excellent. Perhaps unusual was that breakfast components would be brought to the room the evening before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered following morning after 8:30 am. A bit late and unclear why the hotel could not arrange for a common dining place."

"Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura "
