"Ursela and Angelica/ Andrea were very kind and helpful during breakfast and treated me with a smile. From desk check in staff on 4/29 were kind and answered my questions. The gentleman i spoke to around 9:30/10 on 5/1 was friendly and personable and helped me with my food order that was delivered. The same three caller gentleman that assisted me throughout my whole stay were polite and helpful."

"Cute hotel and super charming! Loved the rooftop bar and the view of the city. The snacks in the room were a great addition. The rooms were super small so I would keep this in mind if you’re someone who needs plenty of space for luggage and in general. The showers were pretty small too but clean and nice still. Great location too. The elevator is very slow because of how old it is and we opted for the stairs just because of the timing."

"I planned a weekend trip for our anniversary and chose this hotel based on a Google search, but I am extremely unhappy with the experience and will NOT recommend it. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that parking was not included. They charge $50 per night, along with extra fees not clearly shown on their website. While I paid it, this was just the start of the issues. The main problems were with the room (1143) Broken Toilet: The toilet would not flush. While maintenance came to fix it, the toilet made a constant, loud refilling noise for the entire night, which made sleeping impossible. Poor Shower Drainage: The shower did not drain properly, leaving me standing in a puddle of water while showering. We expected a nice anniversary getaway, but this was stressful, uncomfortable and not hygienic at all. The reason I’m writing this is because I don’t want anyone to go through this bad experience. I hope they don’t assign anyone to this room. Thank you, Mrs. Lopez"
