“Scott and Steve were fantastic on a personal level. Their efforts at reviving this once tired property is astounding. Great job guys. The room was clean and roomy for us to move around. Bathroom was brand new and squeaky clean. Dinner was fantastic. I had an American hamburger which was delish! Welcome cuisine after a month of pasta and pizza!! ”

“Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.”

“One of my best stays in Italy , beautiful hotel, extremely nice staff, omg Claude was amazing, so kind and helpful. Best breakfast and coffee. Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms , mixture of modern and classic Italian. Walking distance to all paciano. I will definitely , recommend this place to all my friends an d family when I go back to US. ”

Everything was superb, from the transfer via private boat to the warm welcome, from the wonderful rooms to the delicious food served at the Villa's restaurant. It was indeed a truly unique experience, as we were told at the beginning by the lovely and caring Maria Concetta. We will definitely go back. ”
