"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. "Great helpful staff. Super clean and spaciouus rooms. Zero complaints. Probabaly best hotel north of Makati. Great location for town. Decor is gold tinged Edwardian so i wouldnt have it at home but all in new condition and change is why we travel.
