Great modern hotel - we had a premium room with 2 queen beds which was very spacious. Complimentary wine in the evenings was good as was coffee in the morning. Ideal location for walking around many areas- perfect for ferries to Alcatraz and Sausalito. Nice cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Views were not great. Breakfast was a little pricey and it was barely covered by the $50 daily breakfast voucher. We were also surprised by the additional $50 per night room fee. They were kind enough to wave two nights of the fee. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

Hotel was in a perfect location for all the pier and excursion pick up activities that we plan (Napa Valley tour and Alcatraz). The room was clean and comfortable. The other areas of the hotel could be a bit more updated and refreshed -- carpets, furniture, elevators. One elevator was not working and there are only two which caused a bit of a wait when going to and from our room. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating :-). People should be told about the stairway -- if you go in, you may get locked in which is a bit of concern and a security issue if you are not aware. Overall, I would stay there again based on the clean room and friendly staff and location.
