I enjoyed my stay, place had fresh towels and linen and little to no dust. They provided with shower essentials. response time was within 30 minutes to an 1hour and a half after my initial message which was reassuring. Some of of the glassware that was provided for drinking wasn’t properly washed. I grabbed a wine glass that had lip marks and fingerprint marks all over it and that was nice to see. I also saw that the coffee creamer powder that they provided expored in April 2023 and we are in March 2024 currently as im writing this message. Nothing else to say. Decent stay. Just some things to work on.

My confirmation email was never sent at the time it was said. I arrived with no hotel and had to book another place. My reservation was for Nov 30 to Dec 3 and i received a check I. Email on Dec 2! I also tried contacting the property manager and left several messages on google voice and no call back.very frustrating and upsetting

The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and one other appliance. If used more than 1, it could trip up the electricity, which was weird. That needs to be fixed. The last thing was that the floor wasn't super clean, but I have really high standards and vacuum my own place multiple times per week.
