"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"I enjoyed my stay, place had fresh towels and linen and little to no dust. They provided with shower essentials. response time was within 30 minutes to an 1hour and a half after my initial message which was reassuring. Some of of the glassware that was provided for drinking wasn’t properly washed. I grabbed a wine glass that had lip marks and fingerprint marks all over it and that was nice to see. "Although it seems like a very nice 4 star facility, there are 2 extreme issues why I only gave it a 1 star overall rating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wondered why they had earplugs in the room, then at 4 am I was woken up by the person in the unit next to me snoring. Also, there is no way to secure the door from the inside, except for the key code lock that you use to enter the unit. Find somewhere else to stay."
