This is one of our favorite San Francisco hotels to stay at! It’s right near Chinatown, little Italy and north beach! Great location, super clean and comfortable beds! The restaurant looks really yummy also

The friendly and accommodating staff and the central location made the stay a truly memorable one. The hotel is only steps away from Chinatown, and it's the perfect place from which to begin exploring the city. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff were gracious to a fault. I would definitely try to stay here in the future!

This Hilton is a great location for where I go in SF. Some great view rooms at no premium. Clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was helpful and had a good parking policy for last day departure. The restaurant is ultra generic, unfortunately. I suppose they can't really compete with what is around them, but they used to have a unique asian breakfast buffet, but maybe that was a long time ago.

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, offering sweeping views of the city skyline. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. Grabbed a drink at the on-site bar in the evening, which was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a great mix of convenience, comfort, and top-tier service. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Staff was amazing and generous and kind. The one issue that I have that I don’t think has anything to do with the staff performance, but the structure of the building there’s only really one elevator to get all the way up from the lobby to the 27th floor and because of that it became really cramped in me along with other guests had to wait up to 30 to 40 minutes on checkout day, which was a headache but once again everything else is perfect
