For a short stay, a nice property. There’s a main reception hall where the restaurant is, and you check in there. The actual rooms are at a separate building, a large renovated farm house, about 5 mins drive from the reception hall. There are three levels of rooms, with a main entrance room for lounging or eating (water is available for purchase, plates and silverware and microwave are free).

Beautiful location, quiet and very clean. Room had a great view. We had the breakfast which was only 5 drive and set in a beautiful garden. Great way to start the day. Only slight let down is the room is quite bland, but bathroom was modern and all very clean.

Beautiful room and facilities, slightly hard to find, the area is very secluded. The breakfast area is in a different house, but the slight inconvenience of getting there is more than outweighed by food quality - I'm Italian and the espresso there was so good that I asked for another one immediately.

We liked the quietness of the property and proximity to Pisa and the beach towns. We did not like the lack of decor in the room it was very bland and unwelcoming, there were tears in our sheets, an odd odor, and no room to eat a meal in the room.

A most comfortable stay amidst the rolling hills!

Brilliant stay! Sylvia at the check-in was kind and welcoming and....we got to see the beautiful boutique hotel and restaurant, Locanda Sant'Agata, where we were asked to check-in. This was a sight for sore eyes as it was surrounded by rolling hills, as was Cascina canova B &B, which was only a few minutes from the hotel. Our family room was pristine, immaculately clean, very comfortable and the toiletries provided were top-notch. Our children wanted to come back here and stay for longer, if there was a next time, and they can be very honest about their feedback! So a solid stamp of approval from them. Our one-night stay included a free breakfast but we were not expecting to avail of that since we had to leave by 6:30 am to the airport. However, Sylvia stated during check-in that this would not be a problem and they would get this organised. The staff were fantastic and packed us a most delightful breakfast with sandwiches, fruits, juice and water for us to take with us to the airport. We were immensely grateful for this and were pleasantly surprised to see this delivered by 6:15 am to the lounge downstairs. We also enjoyed meeting the very cute cat (apologies - forgot his name) who my daughter (loves animals and cats love her) became fast friends with. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay. Note: Please note that the kettle wasn't working / needs replacing.

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights

Room was nice and clean, was huge. WiFi was a bit rubbish. Stairs to take the case up and down were not great. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were really nice.

It's a great place but best to check in before dark, the remote key for the car gate sometimes doesn't work and not good if you have big suitcases.
