Apartamento nuevo, limpio, buena distribución.

Dos piscina grandes, una para niños y dos con burbujas. Al lado Del Mar Menor y muy cerca del Mediterráneo. Muy cómodo, hay un supermercado al lado. Facilidad de aparcamiento. Buenas vistas.

Estupendo apartamento al ladito del mar menor.

El apartamento, estupendo. Decoración moderna, dos habitaciones, dos baños, amplio salón con cocina en office y completamente equipada. Al ladito del mar menor. En general muy bien todo. El trato por el personal del establecimiento fue muy amable, perfecto.

NO : WORST RECEPTION EVER / RECEPCIONISTAS MALOS

Sin hablar de los (pocos) aviones que pasan por encima del hotel a partir de las 8h00... y da las camas sin mantas (soy friolero)... hemos tenido que gestyionar un problema no gravede reserva. La atencion de las 3 mujeres a la recepcion fue no solamente pesima en gestion de incidencia, pero ademas tuvieron (sobre todo una) un comportamiento muy poco profesional (interrumpian mis explicaciones, hablaban cada vez mas fuerte y obviamente no supieron aconsejar nada bien, al no haber escuchado). NO ACONSEJO ESTE HOTEL POR CULPA DE LAS PERSONAS QUE ATIENDEN A LOS CLIENTES.

Excelente apartamento

Limpio, grande, cómodo, perfecto para pasar unos días. Súper amables en todo momento y dispuestos. Las piscinas muy cómodas. Rodeado de servicios y restaurantes. Totalmente recomendable en mi caso el apartamento de 2 habitaciines para hasta 4-6 personas. Dos baños, cocina completa... nos encantó. Volveremos seguro.

Can I extend my holidays?

Except a problem with the annoying old bed sheets the location is excellent. The Mar Menor side beach has smooth sand and is always calm and shallow for playing with the kids and grown ups and the water is amazingly warm. The Mar Mediterranean side beach has also smooth sand and is also shallow with nice waves if you want more action. The hotel is next to the Mar Menor side and a short walk to the Mediterranean side. The Murcia province has nice villages and cities to do your shopping and enjoy the superb gastronomy. Over all I am already missing the place. Cabo de Palos has very nice snorkeling scenery and beautiful rocky cliffs.

Nær stranda

Flott leiligheitshotell, med 3 basseng og boblebad, berre nokre meter frå stranda. Det burde vore opplyst at ein må handla inn alt sjølv, såpe, oppvaskmiddel og vaskemiddel til oppvaskmaskin, også toalettpapir. Vi måtte kjøpa bøtte og vaskemiddel til å vaska golv sjølve. Det vart skifta dynetrekk, laken og handdukar ein gong pr veke. Vi vaska handdukane sjølve i vaskemaskin i leiligheiten. Ein bør ha leigebil om ein skal bu der, sidan det er 4 km til stort matsenter. Ca 1, 5 t frå Alicante med taxi, og det var dyrt. Vi kunne hatt leigebil i 14 dagar for det det kosta t/r Alicante + t/r butikken ein dag. Det er ein liten butikk ved hotellet, men ikkje stort utvalg. Resepsjonistane var veldig hyggelege og snakka engelsk, men ellers var det spansk. Både reinhaldarar, bussjåførar, butikkpersonell ol. Nokre taxisjåførar snakka litt engelsk.

На сайте указано, что время работы стойки регистрации в выходные дни до 23.00. Мы приехали в 22.00. Ресепшен оказалкя совершенно в другом здании и время работы его до 20.00. На почту никаких писем не пришло. Телефон категорически никто не брал. Заселились благодаря местным правоохранительным органам. Бронировали номер с видом на море. Оказалось с боковым видом и только с балкона. В номере грязь и недокомплект постельного белья. Попросили убраться. Уборка у них это только подмести пол. На полу как были грязные, липкие пятна, так и остались. Белье и полотенца ниразу не менялись. Кухня очень плохо укомплектована. Нет даже чайника.

LDS visitors - great hotel for Temple

Trip to Spain and the hotel was very good. Breakfast was included and well provided and varied. Staff was courteous and friendly. Great for LDS visitors as the Temple was within walking distance!

El apartamento esta muy bien, sencillo y cómodo aunq le faltan bastantes cosas de menaje en la cocina, por lo general bien, cerca de la playa en zona tranquila, alejado del ruido, la piscina cierra a las 20:00 pero a las 19:15 ya casi te están echando :( una pena, me sentí incomoda, el personal de recepción excelente y servicial..si pagas puedes tener vistas al mar.

Really nice beachside apartments

I was very happy with my experience here - I visited alone as a guest for a wedding that was taking place locally and had the apartment to myself. The apartments are well maintained, clean and there are a small selection of toiletries and cleaning products provided. The spaces are large but the bedrooms are very close together and don't give much privacy. 2 bedrooms apartments have 2 bathrooms too, both with shower which is nice. I was not aware of the late arrivals policy - the reception closes at 9pm so if you arrive after that time you have to call the emergency 24 hour number on the door and they will come and get your key. The Wifi costs an additional few Euro a day but I think this is not unreasonable - it applies to unlimited devices and is fast and reliable. The complex is nicely laid out with four apartment blocks which all back onto the pool area and beach. There is a small supermarket on site which has a selection of fresh bread, milk etc - useful as absolutely nothing is provided in the apartment, not even coffee. As you would expect on the end of a peninsula, it's quite far from the airport, about 45 minutes, and you really need to book a taxi or rent a cycle (available from the office) to get around. Overall I was very impressed and would go back.
