Excellent staff service and friendly. The grounds were well maintained and luxurious. The executive lounge being open 24 hours a day was also a great amenity for an extra fee. I found blonde hairs on my room floor and was awarded a deep room clean and a $100 credit after I requested it. The Mercedes-Benz airport shuttle was a good service that was complimentary. There are bathrooms throughout the property and there are even parakeets flying around and present on the property. The bed is comfortable and the room was well furnished, as well as the shower, which was large and easy to use.

I stayed at the Marriott Resort in Belen , Heredia CR. It was a beautiful and relaxing place to be. Both family friendly while also a place conducive to nature walks and bird watching. The exercise path is lovely and you get to see many types of birds. Breakfast at the Cafe was excellent. The Desayuno Tico was authentic and so generous that certainly two people could share it. The Isabella restaurant was outstanding in the quality and preparation of the food. Definitely a place I hope to return to.

The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and has such a distinctive Costa Rican character. I loved the beauty, tranquility, and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for at every turn. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and accommodating. I travel extensively and have stayed at hotels and resorts around the world, so I recognize exceptional hospitality when I experience it. Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belén absolutely delivered. There was honestly nothing for me to complain about. Everything was extraordinary! I left relaxed, refreshed, completely satisfied, and with wonderful memories of Costa Rica. This is a property I would gladly visit again and recommend without hesitation. Five stars all the way!
