We enjoyed our stay at Aeropuerto Hotel. Pool and garden area is lovely. We had dinner on site and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals. It's always nice when breakfast buffet is included. An older hotel, close the airport. Rooms were clean, service was friendly. The restaurant food was great and they have a micro brewery on site, very good beer. It's a privately-owned hotel and the grounds were quite beautiful, a really great site to walk around and admire the trees and flowers. We didn't try the pool as we didn't want to fly with wet swimsuits and had a shuttle to the airport. The price was very reasonable, would stay there again.

The hotel is a beautiful garden oasis near the airport. Very tranquil, with a wonderful restaurant that specializes in Mexican food. Room was clean with nice view of pool. I had a nice rest before my early morning flight out of SJO. I will definitely go back. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to put better, brighter lighting in the bathrooms.
