“This was our first time staying in this hotel. It was our 26th anniversary and they made our visit special. They upgraded our room and sent us a gift. They made us feel special and we truly appreciated the treatment. Room was very clean and comfortable and a great location for our plans. Thanks Signia San Jose, we will be back. ”

“Hotel is old and run down. Room had a smell to it. Very loud, but to be expected. Bathroom has seen better days. Tub was all cracked and discolored. Pillows on bed are half the size of an average pillow like they were for children. Why? Will not stay here again. Towels were old and some stains. Very gross.”

“외관상 다소 낡아보일 수 있지만 매우 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 실내는 깨끗했으며 편안했습니다. 나흘 지내는 동안 불편함은 하나도 없었습니다. 마스터는 매우 친절하며, 상시 숙소에 머물면서 숙박객의 불편사항을 체크합니다. 하루는 밤 12시쯤 들어왔는데, 제대로 들어오는지 직접 나와 확인할 정도로 섬세하고 배려가 깊었습니다. 다시 출장을 오게되면 꼭 이곳에 머물겠습니다. ”
