You can either have warmth or silence. Ordered room service and they didn't bring me butter with my $8 toast. When I asked them to bring it they said it would take 15 minutes. I can go downstairs and buy butter from CVS and be back in 15 mins. Their lack of staff isn't my problem. Maybe they shouldn't forget basic...
