"The room & bathroom were all clean & very comfortable. I booked a Bay View room & the view was beautiful! I could watch planes going into the airport but there was no noise in my room from them. There's a nice restaurant behind the hotel & a walking trail with wonderful scenery. You could also see San Francisco across the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool enough. I enjoyed sitting in the desk chair at the window to watch activities in the Bay, which included someone sailboarding & a few boats. The staff was friendly & check-in/check-out was smooth. There is a bar with limited hours to order food, which is why I chose to go to the restaurant nearby. I did get to watch one of the World Cup games in the bar with other guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the San Francisco area."

"This review is overdue. But I want to tell the hotel staff from the valet crew to security. They're are the nicest people. We were there for one night, heading to a cruise. My friend's father became extremely ill. The care and kindness from each individual proves that good people still exist. Thank you again! RP"

"Even a second floor room in the Tower is an incredible view of the bay and Coit tower. We had the corner 1bd suite but saw regular rooms on our floor with the sane exact view. Stunning!!"
