"Staff was amazing, beds were great, the location was walkable to so many good places. Very close to some sketchy areas but never felt unsafe."

"Loved the bed, extra comfy. The soap and lotion smelled really good. The tub was nice and clean. The tv had a lot of channels too."

"Everything was clean and bright. Beds were very comfortable. Elevators were fast and often empty, all worked. Shower had great water pressure and two shower heads. Service was friendly and responded to text messaging fairly quickly. The light switch inside the door allows you to signal dnd or housekeeping and a colored light shows outside the door when chosen. No more door hang tags!! The one disappointing thing was regarding the room's television. There was no way to stream on the TV and the channels offered were limited. No way to watch Netflix or Prime at all, though wi fi was excellent. "
