Sausalito, California hotel rooms at the Kimpton Hotels

"Hotel was nice and clean, perfect walkable location as well. The issue come from the staffs lack of customer service when it comes to afterhours issues. We had people outside under our window partying, laughing, singing until 3:30am three of the four nights we stayed. We called the front desk numerous times and were told security would handle it, they never even went outside. If you stay here I’d make sure your room doesn’t overlook the entry driveway where the fire pits are "

"Gem of a find. This hotel is centrally located near Union Square and a short walk to lots of attractions, including the cable car line right out front. Also has wonderful, accommodating staff. Where the hotel runs into trouble is the clientele - in today's society, people have misinterpreted that spending money entitles them to do whatever they want. This is a misinterpretation! The hotel guests were often ill-mannered, rude, loud, and inconsiderate. Do be prepared for your experience to vastly depend on who is on the other side of the wall. Instead of being able to enjoy an affordable, well-located, well run hotel, there are always those that have to take it as permission to do whatever they want. Can't fault the hotel, but do be aware of what you might get. "

"Directly in chinatown!! Amazing location and there was a bike station directly across the street. A very convenient location to stay at."
