We absolutely loved staying here. The room was a perfect size with everything we needed as a home base after exploring San Francisco. It was a great location. A good value and very clean. The Neighborhood is a little rough late at night, but there’s lots restaurants and stores nearby. The front desk was happy and cheerful. I saved a lot of money by staying here and would be pleased to stay once again.

Older building, decent room, albeit a bit loud from both the street and the other rooms. Walls are pretty thin, so you can hear the tv, phone calls, etc. from the next room, as well as the elevators if you're nearby. Staff are very nice, helpful, and checking in is pretty seamless.

Staff was super friendly and the decor was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. This is an old building so there’s no real ventilation which was not the best. The other issue I had was parking, but there is a garage that’s 24 hours if you need less then 2 blocks away.

Overall a great hotel within San Francisco. I love that the hotel allowed us to store luggage before and after check-in and check-out. All the front desk staff were really kind and professional. My only complaint would be the rooms didn’t feel that they had a proper cleaning even though we received clean sheets and towels.
