The hotel was nice and very centrally located, and the city view from the room was incredible. The pillows were so over-filled that I might as well have slept in a recliner, not great. The parking situation was very hectic. It took 45 minutes just to get into the garage once we arrived. It seems like more parking staff is needed. I would stay again, with my own pillow, and without a car.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and truly loved everything about it. The property is beautiful, impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Every detail was clearly well cared for, and all of the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, and what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single employee we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in at the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping, valet, bartenders, and all the staff we interacted with throughout our stay — everyone went above and beyond with the best attitude and the most cordial treatment. Even during the busy holiday season, the team was consistently patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Their warmth and dedication truly stood out and made us feel so well taken care of. If I ever return to San Francisco, I would absolutely choose to stay here again without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable — we are extremely happy with our experience and can’t recommend this hotel enough.
