Enjoyed our stay. Had to cross driveway to get to room. Hotel larger and much busier than expected. Felt staff always occupied and needed information on how to get around SF. Could use more accessibility to bus routs maps available. Breakfast was the best I have ever had.

Ok first… the staff is TOP notch. Everybody was super nice and friendly. But I hated the location. It felt unsafe to be outside and too close to the tenderloin for my liking. Not the hotels fault at all. But felt too unsafe outside
