Staff was almost excellent, at arrival you are sent an email with your room code ours was 6-8 digits I cant remember but it is also the code to enter the hotel after hours. I was waiting for food delivery and my phone died the lady at the front desk watched me leave the lobby take my food from the delivery guy and turn to come back in and it was locked I gestured to her I couldn't get in and the reply was shrugging of her shoulders as if to say "to bad" I held up my phone to show it was dead and got nothing it took another guy there to walk over and let me back in (very disappointed in that part) other then this one incident the stay was great, the rooms and place all together was clean and inviting and the staff where very helpful at check-in and to give directions to parking Great place would recommend Parking is close about 2 blocks away at roughly $50/day (this part has nothing to do with the hotel)

Lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very warm even when it was around 20 degrees Celsius or below outside. Air conditioning would be nice.

Had a really nice stay at the Found Hotel Carleton. The neighborhood is on the edge of the tenderloin but is also very central to walk, transit or ride share to any neighborhood in the city. The hotel was clean, the staff was excellent.

It really is a great property. We happened to stay during an unusually hot day in San Francisco. The rooms only have fans and no AC so on this particular stay, it was a bit to warm in the room to get a relaxing sleep experience . Other than that I would stay again for sure as long as the forecast is not calling for hot weather

There are parking garages nearby, but be careful because this hotels location is not in the greatest neighborhood. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay here but definitely would pick a better area in future.

We needed one night and this was well suited. Clean facility, helpful staff. The coffee was in the lobby😕, not great. The room was very stark, white everything. Window opened about 2 inches. Zero seating .

Property exceeded My expectations especially at the price point. There were no amenities other than coffee in the lobby but I didn’t need any nor did I expect any. Wall were thin and I could hear my neighbors especially In the hallways but all in all, for the price, I will definitely stay there again.
