"Great spot, Ed at the front desk was flexible, helpful, and personable—and allowed us to both check in early and check out late. There's an elevator, which we didn't expect (but appreciated). Fun neighborhood, less than 10 mins to the gorgeous views at Dolores Park, multiple excellent espressos and coffee within 10 mins, brunch at the Wooden Spoon down the street was fantastic. Basic amenities but really cute retro spot. Highly recommend."

"I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Majestic. The room was very clean and airy with a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very both nutritious and delicious. I enjoyed the coffee and many flavors of tea they have. The location is also very convenient. I can walk to Japantown to visit the shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel."

"Very cute place the lobby was so nice and relaxing. They had a cappuccino machine and coffee and I would just sit there and it was so pretty great locations walk out the door and there’s all the little malls for Japan town. I love shopping in the little malls, it was so cute. There was so many cool stuff locations fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful and nice. I’ll definitely stay there again. "Our last stay at IHG was in Miami, and we decided then that IHG was our new favorite hotel. San Francisco did not disappoint! We were provided a very spacious corner room with an outstanding view. The area is very walkable, close to transit, and the sidewalks are free and clear of the obstructions that plague other areas of the city. The staff was very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"I have stayed here for 20 years, it was The Opal and it has been gorgeously remodeled but has all the things I love before. In and out enclosed parking, Mel’s Diner attached so food mostly anytime, comfortable beds👍, conveniently located at Van Ness and Geary Street so Ubers and cabs etc are easy. Tommy’s Joint an SF favorite for great food, beer and cocktails across the street. And a big movie theater practically next door. Very reasonable price for how nice it is now."

"The Perramont is in a great location close to the Castro and just steps from Muni which made getting around easy. I really appreciated the daily maid service having fresh towels and the bed made each day was awesome.
