โStaying at Chateau Tivoli was like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history. This Victorian-era mansion offers a rare blend of elegance, charm, and warmth.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented.
Chateau Tivoli is a must-stay. We canโt wait to return!โ
โWe loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was โspaโ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries.
The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggageโs. โ
โCastle Inn was very satisfying. When I made a reservation, they responded quickly to my questions about parking, and after checkout, they safely managed my luggage storage and parking. The location is very good for sightseeing, and the facilities were clean. Although it is not large, it is good value for money for a one-day stay, and the free parking is very attractive.โ
โPerfect place to stay for a solo or couple to stay for 1-3 nights. Excellent location! All kinds of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Only drawback no elevator, rooms are up some steep stairs. Not recommended for elderly or disabled. Otherwise felt like I was staying in a charming boutique hotel in Europe. โ
โSuper aardige receptiemedewerker (Mark) die vooraf app contact onderhield over inchecktijden.
Eenmaal gevonden prima!โ
โThe hotel was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. We had a room with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the window, so every morning I enjoyed checking the weather while looking at the Golden Gate Bridge. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which was very convenient. Transportation was also convenient, and although you need to walk a bit, you can walk to the Crissy Field East Beach, which makes for a great morning jogging route. There's a...
โBeautifully updated and modernized while keeping features of its vintage architecture. Much attention to safety in the building and parking area. Nice gymnasium. We enjoyed our stay.โ
โI stayed at the Mayflower during a conference because SF was sold out. I travel a lot for business and stay at marriotts. The online reviews prepared me well - this is an old building with a single person at the desk, old elevator, and very basic amenities. If you are good with that (and I love old buildings and donโt rely on hotels toiletries) then this is a comfortable stay - and Iโm glad I took the chance to be near Moscone. Everything was exactly as described - and the person at the front...

There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which was very convenient. There's a restaurant called HomePlate right downstairs where you can have breakfast, which was very convenient to use.
The only downside was that the elevator was quite old and a bit scary - it made some noises! Other than that, we had such a comfortable stay that I would definitely want to visit this hotel again on my next trip. I highly recommend this hotel."
