Our first time staying here over decades of coming to SF and we will be back. Super affordable, very spacious suites, with warm staff and cookies at night and breakfast in the morning included. Love the location and great lighting as well as dark out shades for night.

Clean room, bed is a little bit high with a poster bed, refrigerator is oddly in the bathroom, room is spacious If you get the suite you’ll have a separate living room and a fireplace. Housekeeping staff were great! Breakfast has great variety, however, the scrambled egg can be very dry and the sausage as well, wondering if it was reheated. Otherwise, hotel is great!

The hotel was pleasant, offering bottled water and K-cup coffee at all times. WiFi was consistently available in the room (not in the restaurant), and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While the breakfast was basic (waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, light n fit yogurt and fresh fruit), it was appreciated since it was included. The room was spacious, but the mattress was not comfortable for me. Additionally, my sink was located in the bedroom, separate from the toilet and shower room, which was an unexpected but acceptable arrangement. The hotel’s location was convenient, but convenience shops/restaurants were about 0.8- 1.5miles.
