“샌프란시스코 중심에서 가까워 교통이 편리 합니다. 하지만 그것 이외에는 모든게 좋지 않습니다. 호텔 주변에는 홈리스와 술에 취한 사람들이 많아 위험 할 수 있습니다. 호텔방의 상태도 좋지 못합니다. 바닥의 상태도 장판이 깔려 있어 끈적이고, 냄새도 좋지 않습니다. 직원들은 이상한 원칙을 내세워 손님을 잘 도와 주지 않습니다. 호텔에 도착한 택배를 무단으로 뜻어서 얘기하니 이름이 안써 있어서 열어 봤다고 했으나 이름이 적힌걸 확인 하고 나서도 사과는 없었습니다. 호텔에 택배를 보내지 말라고만 합니다. 손님들에게 불친절 합니다. ”
