They spoke to me very kindly and politely, even though my English is poor. • The pull-on shower was very difficult to turn. • The Wi-Fi was unreliable. • The toilet seat was loosely attached. • Part of the room floor was peeling. • Breakfast was simple, consisting of fruit and bread, but it was delicious. • Coffee was free-flowing.”

“드라이기가 없음. 객실은 상당히 넓고 깨끗한 편이었음. 충전할 곳이 마땅치 않았음”

“샌프란시스코 중심에서 가까워 교통이 편리 합니다. 하지만 그것 이외에는 모든게 좋지 않습니다. 호텔 주변에는 홈리스와 술에 취한 사람들이 많아 위험 할 수 있습니다. 호텔방의 상태도 좋지 못합니다. 바닥의 상태도 장판이 깔려 있어 끈적이고, 냄새도 좋지 않습니다. 직원들은 이상한 원칙을 내세워 손님을 잘 도와 주지 않습니다. 호텔에 도착한 택배를 무단으로 뜻어서 얘기하니 이름이 안써 있어서 열어 봤다고 했으나 이름이 적힌걸 확인 하고 나서도 사과는 없었습니다. 호텔에 택배를 보내지 말라고만 합니다. 손님들에게 불친절 합니다. ”
