Room is on the smaller side but hotel is located in great area!! Walkable to many shopping, dining and public transportation spots. Would stay here again
It was nice place to stay. Location is 5 stars. Rooms can be called but quirky as washbasin is 1ft away from bed. Rest was amazing. Staff was very very friendly and again location is a surplus.
Good location, modern but small sized room, good for a few days. The only down side is that they don't have the capacity to store your luggage after checkout or if you arrive early at the city.
I booked two rooms and both were very clean, location is excellent, it felt very safe

Convenient location, union square is a very busy and has endless restaurants bars and many shops. The room was smaller than expected, 1 person is fine, 2 people would feel crowded. No AC running only a fan. Important to know that on the main entrance street no traffic is allowed, so you must park around the corner, perhaps in front of union square to unload and roll your luggage. Mason OFarrell parking garage was safe and affordable and near location within less than .5 mile walk. The elevator was really slow, but it does have a few corners that you can work quietly, I enjoyed the coffee shop adjacent to the main lobby.
This is a nice place to stay for the most part. I didn’t like the loud, squeaky cleaning cart and hallway chatter of the housekeeping staff late at night. My room was small, just as described. It was perfect for me, a single traveler. Be aware the shower stall is a bit small. Tall people or people with a larger body type may have a hard time showering. The complimentary coffee was also nice. I loved the location too.
We stayed for 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. It’s just steps from Union Square, right next to the cable car stop, and very close to subway station and bus stop.
However, the amenities were quite limited for a queen room. No fridge or slippers, and the staff didn’t have any slippers available when we asked.
The room was also not the same layout as the photos. I chose it because the dressing table was shown next to the window, but ours wasn’t, so the room was quite dark for doing makeup.
The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. On our fourth night, someone in the next room was screaming all night, and we could hear every word and his footsteps. It was quite scary. I reported it the next day and appreciated that the hotel listened and said they would check if it happened again. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues on the following nights.
Room was nice and clean, good view. Staff was very niice and helpful. The cafee area was great

Hotel is clean and conveniently located but the water dispenser in the hotel broke and they have a cafe and there was no access to clean water! You can’t run a hotel and cafe without clean water!
Very very clean and small room with 2 twin bed. Some of the staff went out of their way to help us. ex. Changing towels every day, changing pillow cases, getting us a taxi for the morning we left.
There is no air conditioning and the evenings were cool so we left the windows open and the ceiling fan on and it was comfortable (the bathroom window didn't have a screen...but we left it open anyway because we were on 3rd floor.
The café in the lobby offers coffee and other items. There was no coffee pot or coffee in our room. Also there were no cups or glasses.
