Very comfortable beds and quiet overlooking the courtyard. They cleaned and replaced towels each day. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Beautiful hotel. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a bit dated, and I noticed some dust on the bedside lamp, so the room could use a little more attention to detail. However, the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone we interacted with, from housekeeping and the front desk to the doormen and valet team, was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their excellent service really made our stay enjoyable and memorable!

Beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms. The housekeeping was outstanding - the room was immaculate every day. Rest of the staff was exceptional - very quick to offer assistance. Location was very good depending on what you’re in town for, but it was close to restaurants and shopping (like Union Square). We didn’t use the restaurant or bar at the hotel but they looked great. Outstanding hotel all around!

Great staff and great valet service. Lucky to have got a parking package for the weekend. Staff was very helpful and kind. They called when they noticed a door was not working properly and offered to move us to a different room. They are very invested in making sure their guests are happy and having an enjoyable stay. Which adds to the whole experience. The bar Monte’s attached to the hotel has great food and the hotel is in a great area close to many food spots. Walking distance to the pier which also contains amazing views and loads of fun stuff to do. Great hotel.

Highlights: Very helpful and professional staff, clean and comfortable room, on-site restaurant with good food and casual (sports bar) atmosphere. Centrally located to S.F. downtown and business district. Lowlights: Centrally located to S.F. downtown and business district. This is not a neighborhood with "charm" or "views" - it's basically a business location, and driving to it when there is any traffic is a challenging maze of one-way streets! Union square and other restaurants are a bit of a trek; not recommended for those on foot, and most Uber / Waymo rides will want to meet you across the street or on a nearby intersection since doing U-turns in front of the hotel is "challenging!" I'd say there again on business in a heartbeat.
