This is our second time at Chetica. Each room has a unique, themed design. We have stayed in Seville and this time in “Big Bear” which reminds you of a mountain cabin. The rooms have big bathrooms and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker and coffee provided. The breakfast is delicious. You are in the hills with fresh air and beautiful gardens. It is very convenient if you are driving to the Caribbean side and don’t want to drive that road at night. The only small problem that we have run into is that there is not always someone at the front gate to let you in. Give Rueben, the owner, a call if you have a problem.
