The room was very basic but clean. Stayed two nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. The food was very good and the service was even better! Very friendly and helpful staff!!! I can't say enough about the staff here. Christopher made amazing cocktails! The nicest staff I have met at a hotel. Very laid back atmosphere! The walking paths were nice and the property was beautiful! We got in at 1 am the first night due to delayed flight and didnt feel unsafe at all. They helped us to our room and we were asleep for the rest of the morning! I would definitely stay here again!

Villa San Ignacio was delightful. Christopher took very good care of us at the restaurant where the food was delicious. The rooms were very quaint and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and include many lush trails. We will definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking to reconnect with nature this property is right up your alley , but I must warn you there are some things that left me feeling disappointed. Under property information it states that they provide tour assistance when in reality all they provide is a car service and nothing else you have to do your homework on what’s to do in the area.We were also promised a to go breakfast but at check out there was nothing left for us. The rooms are comfortable but there is no fridge or microwave and WiFi was very sparse during our stay. When we needed assistance we would have to hunt down the receptionist.
