"The location is unbelievable! You’re not near to the walled city, you’re IN the walked city. The parador is a historic site itself. Explore, duck in for a quick nap, and right back out. Close to Plaza Mayor. Very quiet and beautiful at night. The staff were outstanding- Luis in particular! He provided great help and advice on sites. He takes pride in the town and is a wonderful ambassador for Caceres. Caceres is a fantastic destination! "

"This is a lovely, small hotel right next to Plaza Mayor; a superb location close to everything and walkable everywhere. The hosts, Rosa and Santiago are the nicest, warmest and most helpful people. "Excellent location. Room was very nice and the bathroom good size. Elevator was helpful but optional. Check in was awkward with their automated entry but once in you switched to manual keys which worked fine. Very convenient to food"

"Reception is manned 24/7 which is not always the case with hotels/hostels in Spain. Room was spotless and the hotel is so convenient to walk to the Old Town area and shopping. Would gladly stay here again."
