Charming bed and breakfast near the beach.
The hotel is a beautiful bed and breakfast with lovely accomodations, awesome furniture and charming spaces that make it a great place to stay. Angela's and Heath's hospitality are above par. Such a great little place to stay, can't recommend it enough.

What a beautiful place. Angela and heath (the owners) have put so much into this hotel. Every detail has been accounted for and don’t get me started on how amazing the homemade breakfasts taste. Angela was going in town and even dropped us off for free. I’m so glad I found and picked this place for my trip with my mom. I’d definitely return and recommend. You will feel at home.

Angela is available and ready to help her guests have a great stay. She has access to many local services, which she is ready to share with her guests. The property is guarded from the wind, quiet and close to the beach.

¡Todo estuvo perfecto!
El lugar es súper agradable, limpio, cómodo y confortable. Fuimos de viaje familiar y para todos se ajustó perfecto. La atención de Angela y su esposo fue excelente y el desayuno delicioso.

Perfect Place in Paradise
When one chooses to stay somewhere for a second time among other great options, that should speak volumes. Owners & Staff are always accommodating, welcoming, and great overall. Establishment is Clean, Comfortable with amazing decor. Can't say enough great things.

Perfect Getaway Spot
I thought I already knew all the best spots in San Juan Del Sur... until I found this place!!! Great space, great WiFi! Hot water, breakfast, bar, pool, hammocks, clean, comfortable, walking distance to town, friendly owners, very accommodating, what more can you ask for! I rarely write reviews but when a place deserves it, how can you not! It was the weekend I proposed to my new Fiancé & this stay made our weekend just perfect! Thank you!

Heaven on Earth!
Wow wow wow! Beautiful, calm, relaxing, right outside of the main town which in my experience is where you'll want to be, away from the noise but close enough to walk to. Loved it!

This bred and breakfast was much better than we expected. Very beautiful, elegant and comfortable facilities. Delicious home made breakfast. Excellent, quiet and safe location. Just 1 min walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to all the restaurant and other attractions of downtown San Juan del Sur. Very friendly and helpful bilingual personnel. They arranged for us transportation from and to Managua international airport. They also help us schedule surfing lessons for beginners. Everything worked perfect and on time. The best time ever. We strongly recommend. We are definitely coming back.
