"I stayed at this hotel from January 21–24 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Every meal felt like a highlight of the trip. The location was another major plus. It felt very secure, well-kept, and convenient, which added an extra layer of comfort throughout my stay. Whether I was returning late in the evening or heading out early in the morning, I always felt safe and at ease. Overall, I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay. I would definitely return in the future."

"Staff was friendly especially our cleaning lady. I wish I knew her name as she was so kind and always friendly when we saw her! The concierge was helpful with booking excursions and giving good resteraunt recommendations. The pools and hottubs were clean. The beach is right there!"

"This was an overall a terrible experience, this hotel is dated, and it is true as far as inside the airport but really hard to get to it. Bed uncomfortable, small and smelly room. "

"Our room was very very clean and it smelled so good. Housekeeping even left us some treats. From valet, check in, concierge, lifeguards, servers, chefs, check out, etc. were kind, courteous, respectful and loveable. "

"Staff was awesome. Good location. Clean place. Melysa Malo, the receptionist was an exceptional host. She gave us great places to visit and when she noticed my wife was limping from a sprained ankle she brought her an ice pack by the pool. Restaurant at hotel was 4 stars. Great food."
