"There is a front desk down at the main office, but most assistance is provided remotely 24/7 by the app or text. They are very responsive. We stayed in the Roundhouse right on the cove, the view was amazing and we really enjoyed it. We arrived at the end of the season and it was very quiet."

"It’s a very old building so it’s expected that there are issues, but many of them are maintenance or replacement cycle issues. For instance the carpet is so old and dirty that it is actually wearing through in places. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helped make our first trip to Roche Harbor a pleasant experience."

"It’s very basic considering the cost. The bed is very soft and not particularly comfortable with 2 people of different weights. Everything just felt a bit thrown together, which is ok but at this price point we had higher expectations."
