"We were greeted by John who made us feel like he had been awaiting our arrival the whole day. John was happy, kind and had the warmest and friendliest smile I have seen all that day! After an 8 hour drive with kids, it was truly wonderful to feel so welcomed. Breakfast was great every morning and the two ladies who were working each morning were so kind and friendly too! Each morning staff member welcomed us down like they made breakfast just for me and my kids. I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before! This was one of the greatest hotel experiences I have had in a very long time! I will definitely book this hotel on my return."
