Liked the rustic feel. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable; too lumpy, soft. Had difficulty getting the room cool. Recommend not letting the room get so hot before someone stays. Maybe turn down temp just before they arrive.

Now that hotels are using the pump bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to how full they are. Our room was out of soap and shampoo. I reported it to the front desk but got the feeling that it was probably not going to be reported to housekeeping. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. It is located just outside of town on the river. There is a restaurant right behind the lodge and the food was good. There was a fire pit outside that was a nice place to gather. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning, which was nice.

I was unable to stay at Timber Ridge due to storms in Denver where I had to stay til the next available flight on the following day. Timber Ridge could not refund the price of the stay which was inconvenient for everybody, and I was disappointed, but everyone has to make a living and honor contracts.

I loved my stay at Timber Ridge. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the room was cozy and clean. I loved the location and how it isn't right in town but still withing walking distance, I loved how close to the water it is. My only complaint would be the parking. Especially once peak season comes, it will be difficult to have adequate parking for all of their customers. I came in late after a day exploring and then a later dinner, and I had to park kind of off to the side and was not sure it was allowed but there was no where else and the front desk was closed for me to ask someone. It ended up being ok and I noticed other vehicles had to just make do and create a spot close by. Overall I definitely enjoyed and would recommend this stay for the future.
